If you are signing up intending to use Catalyst UI. Use the same email you log into github with, which ultimately is the email you sign into github, within VSCode. Using the same email to signup here.
This will allow Catalyst UI to automatically sync with VSCode, enabling the use of in application features when used with the partnering extension.
